For this first edition the location is well chosen. The redeveloped industrial site around the former goods station Gare Maritime and the warehouse Royal Depot offers a clear architectural added value. ARCHITECT@WORK is presented in the well-known fixed stand layout of the concept, with a framework of free catering, various meeting places and numerous peripheral events and seminars. In terms of what the exhibitors have to offer, the strict condition that what the visiting prescribers see must have innovative values.
At the event’s additional features, MaterialDistrict will present its 'Fantastic Future' exhibition, in which you will discover the latest materials. The Dutch photographers of DAPh present 'Images by DAPh', showing projects that are closely related to the central theme. The same goes for world-architects, who will show high-profile buildings in words and pictures on their famous 'wall', the Project Wall. Also, not to be missed: 'Art by Alfredo Longo'.
